
Popovers Cafe is a family owned. It started with a grandmother and her grandchildren. Imagine sitting around the table with family for breakfast awaiting a fresh hot pastry from a small New York town in Anna Clare's kitchen. Popovers are a light hollow pastry. It evolved from the British Yorkshire pudding from 1850. Today, it is made differently in every kitchen. Enjoy it with our signature butters or jam and a cafe drink.

Chef Landon graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a Baking and Pastries Associates Degree. He is from New York and loves traveling. Chef Landon is passionate about making sure that everything that he is baking is with love. His grandmother Anna inspires him to bake the best popovers for the community and his family to enjoy. His favorite popover is Pippa. His beverage of choice on the Popovers Cafe menu is "Whipped Honey Coffee."

Ms. Saundretta has a passion for building relationships. She graduated from UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Global Studies. She also received a M.Ed Elementary Education and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in TESOL. She briefly attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and studied coursework in Mental Health Counseling. Her favorite popover is the Lincoln Popover and to drink, Sparkling Saundretta.
